Yes, high pressure washing can sometimes remove chipped and pealing paint if the pressure is too high or if the surface is not suitable for pressure washing. Our team takes precautions to ensure that our softwash process on all surfaces and finishes niches are not damaged during the cleaning process.

We recommend at least two cleanings per year for ultimate damage prevention, and to ensure your windows stay shiny and streak free year-round.  There is no specific time best to clean your windows.  Dirt, dust, pollen and bugs attribute all year long to dirty windows.  Regular cleaning twice a year can also help prevent deterioration in the condition of your window glass, mullions, sills, and frames -- and provide you a brighter view.

We always recommend having your windows cleaned after your house painting has occurred. Please ensure that your painters clean up after themselves and note that our service does not include any scraping or abrasive cleaning. 

Soft washing uses a low-pressure cleaning technique using a blend of bleach, algaecides, surfactants, and water to clean the exteriors with mildew, organic stains, and algae growth. 

We strongly prefer that our customers be at home during service appointments to be available for any questions that our team may have during the service visit.  Soft washing / pressure washing, gutter cleaning, and other outside only services (on homes that do not have screens or storm windows), it is not required that you be present.

Yes, we are fully insured for all the services that we perform on your home, buildings and surfaces.  

It is up to you whether you would like to tip the team members, but don't feel obligated, as it is not required or expected. That said, if the team does an exceptional job and you feel like tipping, that is fine.   If you're happy with your service, please leave us a Google Review.
